Steve Jobs

Steve jobs
Walter Isaacson
3rd chapter 41pages
Steve Jobs what a guy! People would imagine that he was perfect, but nobody is perfect.  Steve was very successful in life but he had a very rough childhood.  For example, he was put up for adoption by his father.  He was put up for adoption because his mothers' parents would not allow Steve's mother  to marry Steve's father because he is Syrian.  In result, Paul Jobs and Clara Jobs adopted Steve.  Paul and Clara were very open about him being adopted.  In the book it mentions a girl talking to Steve about adoption, the girl asked him if that meant that his parents didn't want him.  This comment hurt Steve's feelings and he ran into his house and cried.  In high school Steve started taking drugs like marijuana and LSD.  Later on he met Steve Wozniak and the two,  Steve and Steve, both became great friends.  At the end of the 3rd chapter Steve was spending a lot of time wondering what life was about and turned to Zen for comfort and was also inspired by a book he read and became a vegetarian.

  4. Poor Steve Jobs. Of course, he was obviously young when he was put up for adoption, but still.....ouch.
